The Mountaineering Federation has designed training courses to familiarize more with the principles of mountaineering in all its disciplines and to increase the skills of athletes in these disciplines. The rock climbing training class is a bridge between the world of normal climbing and technical climbing. With proper use of the techniques taught in this class, you can enter the world of serious climbing.
