Advanced mountaineering training
The Mountaineering Federation has designed training courses to familiarize more with the principles of mountaineering in all its disciplines and to increase the skills of athletes in these disciplines. Learning the right techniques and methods in different fields of climbing has improved the quality level of this sport, and the participants in these courses, by learning the techniques, information and taking advantage of the power of their trainers, can earn a valuable business in order to increase their knowledge and skills.
The rock climbing training class is a bridge between the world of normal climbing and technical climbing. With proper use of the techniques taught in this class, you can enter the world of serious climbing. Acquaintance with rock climbing techniques enables climbers to have the strength and ability to climb and descend when faced with rocky passages and make more serious climbs.
The educational topics of the course include:
An overview of preliminary rock climbing training including the establishment of workshops, types of supports, descents and ascents, new trainings including advanced instrumentation, working with stirrups and artificial ascents, natural ascent with tools (shaft, friend, hexagon, roll, etc.). ..), types of monkey climbs (with Yomar and Prosik, etc.) and types of landings, implementation of workshops on support from the bottom and top, static and dynamic types of hoisting systems with tools and pulleys (Muflag, Flashen Zug) and carrying the injured from Wall heights down, and many more…
